We seek a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, and customer service, with the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively. As a Sales Manager, you will be critical in developing strategies to enhance our market presence and achieve sales targets. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong print production and packaging sales background. The role is based in Garden City, NY.

What You Will Do:
Key responsibilities include:

Business Development: Actively seeking new business opportunities while enhancing relationships with existing clients to maximize account potential. This involves researching market trends, identifying potential leads, and initiating contact to establish lasting partnerships.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges. This involves open communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Tailored Solutions: Developing and providing customer-specific solutions that address individual client needs. This includes collaborating with internal teams to design appropriate products or services that help solve customer problems and add value to their business.

Sales Performance Targets: The organization sets ambitious sales targets. This requires analyzing sales data, forecasting trends, and adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience in sales development with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Technical knowledge of printing and packaging for consumer goods

Experience working in a multicultural environment and managing multiple international clients.

Ability to provide customized international solutions and pricing to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Capable of collaborating effectively across teams in the U.S. and overseas

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.

Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively.

Experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
